PITCHES:
For
chalet, cottage, mobile-home or caravan
owners, we offer 3 types of pitches:
100m²(1650€), 150m²(1750€)
or 200m²(1850€).
All our pitches
are delimited by shrub hedges.
Pitch
charge includes*: pitch maintenance,
water, access to the facilities and
the swimming-pool.
*Except the electricity,
from 20th of October to 31st of March
of each year, if use as a residence.
We
also offer pitches for garage.
HOME
SALES:
For people who are thinking
of buying a residence, we have for sale:
-
Secondhand mobile-homes from 4 500€,
according to the year and the capacity;
-
2 cottages: 1 cottage 2/4 places which
has less than 2 years, and 1 cottage
5 places;
- A “Watipi” Mobile-Home
(15 000€) with 3 bedrooms, which has
less than 2 years;
- A New chalet
of 35m²(30 000€) 5/7 places, all
equipped, with a terrace of 15m²,
2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a
bathroom, a sofa bed, toilet and heating.
All
these residences are on pitches with
services included, have a terrace in
wood and are equipped with a set of
garden furniture, a barbecue, furniture,
a new bedding, duvets and pillows, an
electric coffee-maker, a microwave,
a hotplate, fridge and freezer for the
largest, etc…
Some of them are also
equipped with air-conditioning.
We can
show you our catalogue which illustrates
several models of new mobile residences
(all comfort) sold at factory prices.
More
info: no housing tax, no property tax,
no co-owners charges, no legal fees
and no agency fees.
The contract
can be renewed annually or not.
If
you decide to make the most of your
residence all year, this is indeed possible
as our campsite is open all year round
allowing you to appreciate the 4 seasons
of the Périgord Noir.
If
you decide to rent out your residence
in our campsite, we also offer to act
as agent for the rental agreement.
